Hazel’s Windowsill Basket

In this hands-on workshop, you will create Hazel’s Windowsill Basket – a functional piece featuring a wood base. You will learn basic basket weaving – how to prepare your material, measuring, marking, start stop weaving with a simple rim and lashing. Step by step instructions will be provided by Barbara. Tools are provided to use. Beginners are welcome. You will leave with a basket made by you. Basket making is wet work, so wear some old clothes and bring a small old hand towel.
